Returns & Refunds

Because everything we ship is made-to-order, returns are a little different than at a chain store. Here’s how it works.
Within 24 hours of order
Full refund. The workshop hasn’t started yet. Email hello@zeptixabbies.store and we’ll cancel it.
After delivery
If something is wrong with what you received — wrong size, defect, damage in transit — we’ll replace it or refund it. Reach out within 14 days of delivery. We’ll send a prepaid return label.
If it’s the right item but not what you hoped for, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days. The item must be unused and in original condition. You cover return shipping.
Workmanship guarantee
If hardware fails or stitching comes apart through normal use within one year of delivery, we repair or replace the piece at no charge. Ship it back; we’ll cover the return label.
Treats & consumables
For food safety reasons we cannot accept returns on opened or partially consumed treats. If a batch arrives damaged or spoiled, send a photo and we’ll replace it or refund it.
