Shipping

Every Zeptix Abbies order is made-to-order. We don’t keep a warehouse — your collar, leash, bed, or treats are cut, stitched, or baked after you place your order. Here’s the timeline.

Lead times

• Collars, leashes, harnesses, leads: 5–7 business days in workshop, then 2–5 days transit.
• Beds, blankets, soft goods: 7–9 business days in workshop, then 2–7 days transit.
• Treats: Baked weekly. Order by Sunday for same-week ship.
• Toys: 5–7 business days in workshop, then 2–5 days transit.

Rates

• Free shipping on orders $80 and up. Continental U.S.
• Orders under $80: flat $10 USPS Priority.
• Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories: flat $22.
• Expedited (2-day): add $25 at checkout.
• International: not currently shipping outside the U.S. We hope to soon.

Tracking

You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the workshop. If you don’t see it within the lead time above, write us at hello@zeptixabbies.store and we’ll check.
