By placing an order with Zeptix Abbies, you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language because we believe legal terms shouldn’t need a lawyer to read.

Orders & payment

All orders are charged at checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Prices are in U.S. dollars. We do not currently ship outside the U.S.

Made-to-order policy

Because every order is made by hand after you place it, cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours after order placement. After 24 hours, the workshop has cut leather or begun construction and we cannot refund the order.

Workmanship guarantee

If hardware fails or stitching comes apart through normal use within one year, we’ll repair or replace the piece at no charge. Send it back; we’ll cover return shipping. This does not cover chewing, intentional damage, or wear beyond 12 months.

Liability

Pet products carry inherent risks. A collar can come off; a leash can snap under sufficient force. Choose hardware rated for your dog’s size. We are not liable for harm resulting from use of our products. We strongly recommend that you supervise pets wearing or using any of our items, and that you check hardware integrity weekly.

Disputes

If you have a concern, email hello@zeptixabbies.store first. Most issues resolve in one exchange. Any unresolved dispute is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
